Kate Rhodes took up the role of Counsel for the Paysafe Group with a special focus on digital wallets and the Skrill and NETELLER cryptocurrency service in 2021. She has overall responsibility for legal, regulatory policy and public affairs matters in the UK and EU.
Prior to Paysafe, Kate has had a multifaceted career across legal, regulatory policy and public affairs roles in financial services, fintech and payments. Kate has held roles at public and private companies, trade bodies, startups and SME’s. Her expertise remains in sectors moving from deregulated to regulated. Fluent in French and Italian, Kate trained as a lawyer at Withers LLP having completed an undergraduate degree at the University of Oxford.
