Elliott Wiseman
Chief Legal Officer
Elliott joined Paysafe in 2011 and is leading Paysafe’s legal function.
On the legal side, Elliott has been Paysafe’s General Counsel for many years and leads a global legal team that manages the group’s legal work which includes commercial agreements, corporate transactions, company secretarial matters, litigation and data privacy.
Elliott started his career as a corporate lawyer working at Slaughter & May, Debevoise & Plimpton and Mishcon de Reya principally on M&A and other corporate transactions. He made his first move in-house when he became Senior Legal Counsel at MoneyGram with responsibility for legal affairs in their Northern Europe and Asia Pacific regions.
Elliott holds a MA in Geography from St Catherine’s College, Oxford.
