Giacomo also acts as a Non-Executive Director on the boards of FCA-regulated entities within Paysafe, providing independent oversight on compliance, conduct risk, and regulatory change. He previously held executive director and MLRO roles, reporting regularly to regulators and leading multiple large-scale risk transformation programs across the UK and EEA. Over his tenure at Paysafe, Giacomo has built and scaled international compliance teams, led post-merger integration efforts, streamlined vendor ecosystems, and delivered enterprise-wide frameworks for OKRs, governance, and strategic alignment. He also operates as General Manager of Paysafe in Bulgaria, where he plays a pivotal role in internal engagement, talent development, and representing the company externally.
