Changes to Your Settlements Update Effective September 2019
Q: What is a settlement?
Settlements are payments that are processed by your customers and then paid out by Paysafe in line with your payment schedule.
Q: How will the minimum settlement affect me?
The monthly minimum will be amended to the equivalent of £100 GBP. This will mean you will need to process a min of £100 GBP or currency euivalent for Paysafe to make a payment. i.e. your minimum payment currently is £5 this will now increase to £100. If your current payment is more than £100, you are not affected by this change. This will also apply to any new merchants being onboarded.

Q: What if I do not agree with the minimum settlement amount?
If you object to the new minimum payment amount, we can keep at the current level, however a standard fee per payment will need to be applied to your pricing agreement, as per the below;
- Faster payments fee is £1 for GBP settlements in the UK
- SEPA fee is €1.50 for EUR settlements
- Wire fee is as per the table below
