Open roles

Wellbeing is about more than health insurance or an employee assistance programme. It’s about making sure individuals have all the support, resources, and tools they need to be their best selves, in and out of the workplace. ​ ​

We aim to champion the physical, mental, social and financial wellbeing of our employees and create a positive working environment.

  • Our wellbeing initiatives include flexible working practices (up to two days homeworking per week and two weeks working from anywhere), resources and webinars to encourage physical fitness and nutrition, and support for neurodiversity and mental health.
  • Our offices feature a range of wellbeing-focused amenities, including on-site gyms, free nutritious snacks and dedicated spaces for meditation and relaxation. Paysafe Days and social events provide opportunities for team members to take time out and participate in activities focused on wellbeing. Annual global challenges bring out the competitive spirit of some and get people out and active.​
