Community
We’re extremely proud of our global footprint and we strive to be a leading employer in each of our 12 plus global locations. Key to that effort is making sure each team member can get involved in supporting the communities where we operate.
From corporate donations to fundraising activities and volunteer days, we focus on supporting our local communities and empowering our people to give back in ways that are meaningful to them.
Our volunteer-led community champions across our offices drive local momentum and push forward on our community initiatives. In 2023, we supported over 45 charity initiatives worldwide including American Heart Association, BCause Foundation, Canadian Red Cross, Ronald McDonald House, The Felix Project, and Youth Talk - and those efforts continue to build.
Environment
In addition to our strategy to reduce carbon emissions across our operations through energy efficiency initiatives, we have achieved CarbonNeutral® certification since 2019. Working with Climate Impact Partners, which established the global standard for carbon neutral programmes: the CarbonNeutral® Protocol, we work to offset our footprint by identifying several sustainability projects in developing countries that we can support to reduce emissions, build sustainable infrastructure, improve health and conserve habitat.
We’re also evolving our business towards a greener model through our Green Office Charter, which outlines our commitment to creating workplaces that are not only great to work in but are also environmentally conscious, from reducing waste and keeping our kitchens plastic free, to carrying out sustainable office refurbishments.
