What is the key to success in your field?
Understanding customer needs and challenges is key in any sales role – not just on the technical side. Customers face similar organizational issues as we do: resource planning, change management, forecasting, and more. A big-picture perspective is critical. Beyond being strong communicators, we need to actively listen and align with customer priorities. Long-term success comes down to trust and strong personal relationships.
What three words best describe your team?
Collaboration, Accountability and Fulfilment.

What is your favorite go-to interview question?
Candidates often bring impressive CVs and broad experience, so one question I always like to ask is “Which role or company had the biggest impact on your career, and why?” My goal in any interview is to uncover what motivates a candidate and what they’re passionate about, so I can determine if they’re a strong fit for the team – not just professionally, but culturally too.
What inspired you to join Paysafe?
I was looking for a place to apply my leadership experience. Paysafe stood out as a unique player in the fintech and payments space, developing solutions that span both B2B and B2C. Most of all, I was inspired by its diverse customer base and the opportunity to learn and collaborate with merchants across industries like video games, iGaming, travel, and digital entertainment, which I found especially exciting.
