Najuma (Naj) Atkinson is an accomplished people executive with nearly 30 years of experience leading talent, culture, and organizational transformation initiatives for global companies. As Chief People Officer at Paysafe, she reports directly to CEO Bruce Lowthers and leads the company's global People function.
Prior to joining Paysafe, Naj served as Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer at Hasbro, where she helped drive the company's people and transformation strategy. Before Hasbro, she spent more than 20 years at Dell Technologies in a series of senior leadership roles focused on talent development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
At Paysafe, Naj leads the company's global people strategy, with a focus on strengthening culture, developing future leaders, and supporting the business's next phase of growth and transformation.
Naj is passionate about supporting organizations that help develop future leaders and expand opportunities within local communities. She holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from Trevecca Nazarene University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Fisk University.
