Paysafe acquires iPayment
On June 04, 2018, Paysafe finalized the acquisition of iPayment, a U.S. based provider of payment and processing solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. The acquisition forms part of our previously stated investment strategy to expand our presence in North America in response to significant growth opportunities, particularly in the fast-growing SMB sector. iPayment has since been rebranded to Paysafe.
