Co-browse with a Support Agent

The co-browsing feature in the Business Portal allows support agents to perform co-browsing sessions with the merchants. The support agents can address inquiries or issues by looking directly at what merchants see. The co-browsing widget is available in all areas of the portal. You can share the code displayed on the widget with a support team member, and they can see your browsing session to understand the issue/request. When a support agent starts a co-browsing session, some fields are masked to comply with information security guidelines.

To start a co-browsing session:

  1. Click the Co-browsing widget. The co-browsing widget shows a message.

  2. Share the code with the Paysafe support team. After you share the code, the support agent will be able to view your Business Portal screen.

  3. Click Close (X) to close the widget. Either the merchant or the support agent can end the browsing session.
