Thriving society

Our products enable a diverse collection of customers to find the right solution for their needs. Accessibility and inclusivity across our brands is our central focus for delivering positive outcomes for consumers.

“We are focused on delivering for society beyond the positive impact of our products. In 2025, we made further progress, including reducing Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 49% since 2023, ramping up our volunteering as part of our Paysafe Giving initiative, and ongoing work to boost financial access and inclusion.”

Financial access and inclusion

Making sure everyone can easily access and use our payment solutions is central to our commitment to provide positive outcomes for consumers. This commitment extends beyond borders, as our products are available in more than 120 countries, support multiple currencies and offer various funding options. By facilitating cross-border payments and offering flexible ways to pay, we can play our part in building a more inclusive global financial ecosystem.

Empowering small and micro businesses and supporting underserved and unbanked consumers remain key focuses for us. At the same time, we are working to enhance the inclusivity of our products and services, with an emphasis on supporting vulnerable customers.

Community relations and impacts

Paysafe Giving is our chance to lift the experience of our local communities. Our teams engage in meaningful volunteer efforts and charitable contributions all year long, with a special focus on supporting healthy lives, thriving communities and brighter futures.

Volunteering initiatives are increasingly embedded in big leadership gatherings as well, such as our annual summit where the Senior Management Team came together to take part in a volunteering event for City Rescue Mission, a charity supporting those experiencing homelessness, hunger and addiction.

Managing our environmental impact and risk

As a payments business, our direct operational footprint is relatively limited compared to more emissions-intensive sectors. However, as a global company, we recognise our business has an impact on the planet.

We have individuals responsible for driving our GHG emissions reductions across several teams and locations. Paysafe allocates resources as required to support dedicated projects aimed at emissions reduction, including carbon footprint measurement and performance tracking.

We engage suppliers and partners, such as our offices, data centres and cloud providers, when calculating our carbon footprint, which in turn supports dialogue around our climate strategy.

We are proud to have made great progress in 2025
