Send Your Data Securely

Sending Encrypted Material to Paysafe Processing Team

Steps:

To send encrypted documents or data files to Paysafe Technical Operations Team, please use the enclosed public key available here (March 2017). To share a document or data securely, please use the following steps: 

  1. Import the Paysafe public key (see below, details: https://www.gnupg.org/gph/en/manual/x56.html),
  2. Encrypt the material using the imported Paysafe Public Key details: (details: https://www.gnupg.org/gph/en/manual/x110.html).
  3. Sign the document /material using your Public Key (details: https://www.gnupg.org/gph/en/manual/x135.html).
  4. Upload the encrypted and signed material to Paysafe SFTP.  Please contact our merchant support teams (see below) if you don’t already have credentials for Paysafe STFP.
