The 6-digit PIN is an authentication method for account login. It is a secret combination of 6 digits used to verify your identity and grant you access to your Paysafe Wallet Account. The 6-digit PIN protects your account and personal information, and should not be shared with anyone, even friends or family members.

How do I reset my PIN?

You can easily reset your PIN by following the steps below:

  1. Click the Forgot PIN link on the login screen, or the Reset PIN in case you’ve already entered it incorrectly;
  2. Enter the verification code you receive in your e-mail inbox;
  3. Set a new 6-digit PIN and confirm it;

Note: Your PIN must be strong. Don’t choose a code that is easy to guess: any repeating (e.g. 111111, 555555, etc.) or consecutive digits (e.g. 123456, 234567, 987654, 876543, etc.), or dates of birth. You'll see an error message if you try to enter a weak PIN and will be asked to enter a new one.

I didn't receive the PIN reset email, what should I do?

The PIN reset link is sent via an automated email, which may often end up in your 'Spam', 'Junk' or 'Deleted' folder.

Some domain providers may apply restrictions on certain incoming emails, so check with your provider to find out if there are any and ask them for assistance.
