Can I cancel my virtual Paysafe Mastercard®?
You can cancel your Paysafe Mastercard® at any time.
To cancel your card:
- Log in to your Paysafe Mobile app and click on the Card icon
- Click on ‘Settings’
- Next click on the ‘Cancel card’ button and confirm the action.
- Your card will be cancelled immediately.
Note: Card cancellation is irreversible. Unsettled transactions and refunds will continue to be processed.
