Skrill & Neteller Digital Wallet Engineering teams

The Skrill & Neteller Engineering teams are responsible for the development of the primary features of our core products, specifically our digital wallets. These teams are segmented into various verticals, each dedicated to the development of different features, such as Registration, Deposit, Withdrawals, Sports Corner, Loyalty Program, etc.

Mobile Engineering teams

The mobile teams work alongside our Web teams to translate Skrill and Neteller’s functionalities into the mobile environment, creating beautiful native Android and iOS applications.

White Label Wallet Engineering teams

The engineering teams are crafting Paysafe's newest product offering, a white label e-wallet solution that lets companies effortlessly integrate wallet services into their apps.

Crypto Payments/Trading Engineering teams

They connect fiat money to crypto for web2 and web3 world. On-Ramp and Off-Ramp solutions for consumers and merchants

Local Payment Methods Engineering teams

They are dedicated to enhancing our Payment network on a global scale by seamlessly integrating with local payment providers. This ensures that our clients have the flexibility to make payments from anywhere in the world using the most convenient methods available to them.

Consumer Risk and Consumer Compliance teams

These are the teams, which design and develop the mechanisms, tools and services to detect fraud, reduce risk exposure, prevent money laundering, verify identities, and ensure that all Paysafe products comply with regulations in all relevant jurisdictions.

Merchant Payments Engineering Teams

The Merchant Payments Engineering division in Sofia is organized in autonomous, independent teams. They bring to life a family of high volume B2B products. The team values technical excellence and deep industry knowledge.

Our Recruitment Process

Internal Hackathons

Our Internal Hackathons are more than just coding challenges—they exemplify our team's innovative spirit. Recently, these events have concentrated on enhancing our payment products and exploring AI technologies. These hackathons result in notable product improvements and foster stronger connections among our engineers.

L&D

Learning & Development is a major priority for our team. Depending on individual needs, team members can participate in specialized training programs (such as Angular, Cloud Computing, AI and Machine Learning, Secure coding, AppSec, etc.) or take advantage of online libraries and certifications that offer blended learning opportunities and hands-on labs. Another valuable initiative is our Technical Mentoring program, which pairs experienced specialists with junior team members to help them develop and refine specific skills.

Communities

At Paysafe, we have three development communities: Mobile, Front-end, and Back-end. These groups meet regularly to share knowledge and collaborate on various projects. They organize events, coding challenges, and workshops designed to enhance their skills while enjoying the collaborative process.

Freedom Fridays

This innovative idea, proposed by our development team, has quickly gained traction within our community. Freedom Fridays allow individuals or teams to dedicate one Friday each month to work on their own projects. This initiative encourages experimentation, the generation of new ideas, and the improvement of existing ones.

Meetups

Our dedication to knowledge sharing is demonstrated through our long-standing tradition of hosting regular meetups, a practice we've maintained for over six years. These gatherings take place every Thursday, with monthly sessions open to external participants. During these meetups, we cover a wide range of topics including product development, technology exploration, and continuous process improvement, all aimed at fostering a culture of learning and collaboration. Additionally, we expand our knowledge-sharing efforts through conference presentations, involvement in professional communities, and engagements with students at various universities.
