As a member of our Risk Organization, you'll have the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies and tools that allow you to identify and mitigate risk across a variety of financial products and services. Our emphasis on predictive modeling and machine learning means you'll be able to use data to make informed decisions and develop models that help us better understand and mitigate risk. Risk Organization gives the chance to work on projects that have a real impact on the business and help us achieve our mission of providing our customers with the best possible financial products and services. 


The compliance department is tasked with closely watching if the business adheres to external regulations and internal controls and works to meet key regulatory objectives to protect the business, investors, and customers. It also seeks to identify risks that the organization faces and advises on how to avoid or address them. So, if you are interested in resolving compliance issues as they arise and advise the business on rules and controls, but also be commercially aware and support the business we are involved in, then we welcome you to Compliance at Paysafe.

By joining our compliance team you will have the opportunity to work in a structure with a strong compliance culture, a structure which combines business-unit based coverage with broader, shared expertise across the Group, effective execution of expanded responsibilities with a deeper understanding of business and business practices and positively influencing many key decisions affecting the business as a whole, or even just a single customer.

 Tonislav Toshev, Senior Manager, Collections, joined 2017

"Six years ago, I embarked on my journey with Paysafe as a DW Collections Supervisor in the recently established Collections department. After two years, I was promoted to Collections Manager. In 2021, a decision was made to expand the Collections team to cover all Group divisions, effectively making it a global function. As a result, I was again promoted, this time to Senior Manager Collections, leading the newly-formed global team. Since joining in 2017, the Collections team has grown threefold in size and has become an integral part of the Paysafe Defend organization. Just three months ago, my organization expanded once again with the addition of the Issuing Prepaid Risk team. My time with Paysafe has undoubtedly been the most challenging period of my career to date, but it has also been highly fulfilling and rewarding. I have had the privilege of working alongside remarkable individuals and have continuously pushed myself beyond my limits."

"I joined Paysafe in 2017 as a Customer Service Representative with English and in 2019 I was promoted to a Senior agent. A few months later, I went on maternity leave but a year and a half after I came back, I became a Senior Compliance Officer, Policy & Ethics (now Policy & Training) and I couldn’t be happier. Not only do I get to learn so much every day, but the job is so dynamic that every week is completely different so there is always something new happening. "I started my journey at Paysafe in December 2018 as a Fraud Detection Specialist. That was the place that ignited my spark which later turned into what is now a firestorm for Risk, Fraud and how to mitigate it. There I was for a bit over 2 years, where later I was promoted to a more senior position. That is when I felt I want more, to have further reach on controlling and mitigating risk, which led to me applying and joining our Risk Systems team.
