Paysafe's information security is among the highest of our priorities and in order to keep our organization safe, we have built a strong team of specialists experting in various security methods and controls. Our Bulgarian site hosts a large part of the InfoSec organization - around 50 team members are working tirelessly to ensure all our security components are up and running. Enterprise Security Architecture

The ESA team provides higher-level abstraction of technical and business design that identifies and describes where and how security controls should be deployed and in what operating style to counter the most likely threats while considering business drivers e.g., cost, ambition, regulatory, legal constraints, and business strategy.

Business Security Architecture

The team provides consulting services to the Business with regards to all information security significant business projects, works with the Business to ensure all new products and features have the right balance of security and usability. They are responsible for threat modelling of Paysafe’s environments and prioritizing control implementation in accordance with risk.

Cyber Defense Architecture

The Cyber Defense Architecture team are responsible for designing and implementing security controls throughout all of Paysafe’s infrastructure and making sure that DevSecOps is part of everything we do.

Corporate Information Security

The Corporate Information Security team provides Security Consultancy services to the non-revenue generating elements of the Paysafe business e.g., HR, Finance, Legal etc, and provides Identity Access Management 2nd line governance and assurance capabilities (including identity engineering).

Identity and Access Management

The IAM team are providing automated Joiners/Movers/Leavers service which brings more fluent experience for the new joiners onboarding, more security during transfers and leavers and making sure that the people have just the right access and nothing less or more. In addition, they are providing comprehensive security for all privileged accounts for the most critical systems and devices in the company.

Governance, Risk & Compliance

The GRC team are responsible for the identification, classification and addressing of cybersecurity risk associated with organizational activities; for ensuring that organizational activities support the organization's business goals and are responsible for maintaining compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Security Operations Center

The SOC team are engaged with analyzing Paysafe’s cyber security threat detection and prevention systems to identify early triggers of suspicious activity using a combination of high-tech cybersecurity solutions and a strong set of processes.

Cyber Threat Management

The Cyber Threat Management team proactively monitors our cyber threat landscape, profiling adversaries to understand their exact method of doing things, so that intelligence-led decisions can be made about threat hunting, detection, and controls.

Business Continuity & Insider Threat

The Business Continuity & Insider Threat team helps the organization rapidly adapt and respond to all types of risks, like natural disasters, cyber-attacks, supply chain disruptions, denial of access, technology failures, while collaborating with all divisions of the Group.

Knowledgeable and striving for professional and personal development employees are highly appreciated in our company. They are supported through internal trainings prepared by our specialists following the best guidelines on the market. In addition, external trainings are also available if the employee progression requires it.
