The Customer Service team provides general service to our customers who are using Skrill, Neteller, or paysafecard and have questions related to account maintenance, blocked and failed transactions, or missing payments. Our agents provide support in eight languages across the globe, including English, Italian, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Russian, and Polish.

The CDD team is responsible for gathering information from clients in order to minimize the risk of financial fraud. Part of their scope is the verification of personal documents as well as clients' accounts.
