The compliance department is tasked with closely watching if the business adheres to external regulations and internal controls and works to meet key regulatory objectives to protect the business, investors, and customers. It also seeks to identify risks that the organization faces and advises on how to avoid or address them. It implements controls to protect the organization from those risks, manage and reduce them.

The teams that are part of the Risk Organization work with cutting-edge technologies and tools that allow them to identify and mitigate risk across a variety of financial products and services. There is emphasis on predictive modeling and machine learning. There are also teams concentrated detecting and preventing fraud, helping to protect our customers and our organization from potential losses.

The Legal team at Paysafe provides general, commercial legal and regulatory advice to FCA and CBI regulated electronic money businesses globally. Additionally, they  deliver general legal advice to the operations office of Paysafe in Bulgaria, including general corporate work, employment and commercial legal work.

The Privacy team acts as a ‘Second-line of defense’ by ensuring all Paysafe companies comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws globally and providing appropriate risk-based privacy advice to the various business lines to support the commercial growth of the company.

The Internal audit team at Paysafe is engaged with both reporting - communicating observations, risks, recommendations and agreed management actions arising from audit work, and conducting quality assurance reviews on internal audit work. Additionally, the team supports external quality reviewers.

The Sales and Account Management department is responsible for driving revenue and generating new business opportunities, as well as maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients. They are responsible for acquiring new customers, upselling existing ones, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing personalized support, strategic guidance, and innovative payment solutions tailored to each client's unique needs.

The Merchant Services department performs overall merchant account setup and follows up with necessary departments for any incomplete merchant applications. Those teams as also dealing with merchant account reporting, instruction, and operation support.

The Customer Service team provides general service to our customers who are using Skrill, Neteller, or paysafecard and have questions related to account maintenance, blocked and failed transactions, or missing payments. Our agents provide support in eight languages across the globe, including English, Italian, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Russian, and Polish.

The CDD team is responsible for gathering information from clients in order to minimize the risk of financial fraud. Part of their scope is the verification of personal documents as well as clients' accounts.

Banking & Payments department is responsible for working closely with banks and financial institutions to establish and maintain relationships that enable Paysafe to offer a wide range of banking services to its customers. The teams are responsible for handling various aspects of banking operations, including account management, funds transfer, reconciliation, and regulatory compliance. 

The Finance department at Paysafe is a critical division responsible for managing the company's financial operations and ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of its financial information. The department plays a key role in supporting strategic decision-making, optimizing financial performance, and maintaining strong financial controls.

As part of Finance Department there is GBS (Global Business Services) which serves as an excellence center for finance operations, including Accounts Payables, Reconciliation, Management Accounting, CapDev and Financial Reporting.

The IT Development team is dedicated to building the best possible software solutions Paysafe has to offer. They are a seasoned group of professionals working with modern technologies in an agile environment and using the best software developing practices out there.

Our Product Management professionals are driving and supporting the product roadmaps for our software solutions. They are working hand-in-hand with both our business stakeholders and software development teams to ensure our products live up to the high standards Paysafe has set.

The IT Infrastructure team provides our information technology teams with the structure to efficiently manage all technology and tools used by Paysafe. They do that with the goal to minimize downtime of products and systems, as well as providing security and scalability.

Our InfoSec team has one task at hand – keeping our organization safe. In order to do that they are utilizing various security measures and controls and are working together to ensure all our security components are up and running.

The HR department is focused on different areas such as Recruitment, HR Administration, HRBP, Learning & Development, HRIS. All teams play their role in building a global culture of diversity and inclusion and developing communities where teams collaborate, contribute, and have fun.
