What is the key to success in your field?
Deep empathy for the end users, problem-solving skills to solve the problem of the user in the most elegant way possible and generating value for the users.

What's your favorite go-to interview question?
I ask candidates about products that they have built that they are proud of and why. It gives me insights into their approach to problem solving, strategic view of their market needs, and understanding of product-market fit.
What inspired you to join Paysafe?
Paysafe provides amazing opportunities with lots of intellectually challenging problems, with flexibility and resources from top management to go out there and solve them. All the executive leaders have an open-door policy to ideate and debate - that does not happen everywhere, I assume.
