What is the key to success in your field?
Data science is rapidly evolving, now more than ever due to Gen AI. A passion for continuous learning is essential. High performing Internal Audit analytics teams are innovators, so they will excel with data-driven thinking and by inspiring others to challenge the status quo.
What three words best describe your team?
My team is innovative, collaborative, and curious. We drive change and add value using data. That often means inspiring our audit team to try something new.
What is your favorite go-to interview question?
I ask candidates to talk me through the project they are most proud of. This gives me a sense of their skillset and enthusiasm for learning new things. I like this to be a conversation as it helps me understand their natural communication style.
What inspired you to join Paysafe?
I wanted a role that would continue to develop my leadership skills in an innovative environment. Paysafe thrives on innovation and is committed to AI training for all staff.
