The payments provider earns ‘Brandon Hall Group Excellence’ award for its focus on nurturing high potential employees
London, UK: Paysafe Group (Paysafe), a leading global payments provider, has won an award in the ‘Best Advance in High Potential Development’ category by the Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards. The award was presented at Brandon Hall Group’s HCM Excellence Conference in Florida yesterday evening. In winning the accolade, the panel of industry experts acknowledged Paysafe’s dedication to management and leadership development through its ‘Front Runner’ program.
Paysafe’s Front Runner program, which was launched in 2013, is designed for non-manager employees with high potential to prepare them to successfully take up leadership roles within one to three years. It provides participants with tools, resources and experience to support them in increasing personal effectiveness, self-awareness and leadership knowledge. Over a period of nine to 12 months, the selected employees participate in a variety of activities such as live and web-based trainings, assessments, group workshops etc., all designed to create practical experience.
The Brandon Hall Group Excellence Award entries are evaluated by a panel of independent, senior industry experts as well as Brandon Hall Group analysts and executives. The following criteria are considered: fit the need, design of the programme, functionality, innovation, and overall measurable benefits.
