London, UK: Global payments provider Paysafe scooped international recognition at the Emerging Payments Awards in London this week, being named ‘Best PSP or Acquiring Solution Provider’. It is the second year running that the payments company has topped the prestigious category.
The Emerging Payments Awards celebrate innovation, collaboration and emerging payments by recognising companies that have made significant advances in how we pay today. The winners were announced at a ceremony in London attended by 700 of the industry’s opinion-formers and decision-makers.
Andrea Dunlop, CEO of Merchant Acquiring, Europe, at Paysafe, and Simon Chandramani, Head of Sales for Paysafe Payment Processing in Europe, were at the ceremony to collect the award.
Commenting on the win, Danny Chazonoff, Chief Operating Officer at Paysafe, said: “We are delighted to be recognised at the Emerging Payments Awards for the second year running. Paysafe is in a unique position to be able to combine scale and agility with customer centricity. This plays out in all areas of our business including our Acquiring team, part of our Payment Processing division which has expanded this year following our acquisition of iPayment in the US and has made excellent progress thanks to the hard work of the team.”
