Success in my field comes from empowering people to do their best work while keeping the customer at the heart of every decision. Leading with empathy and adaptability makes all the difference, especially in an environment that evolves as quickly as ours. Staying curious helps too - your team often teaches you just as much as your customers do.

What's your favorite go-to interview question?
I love asking candidates to describe a moment when they turned a challenge into an opportunity. It reveals their problem-solving approach, mindset under pressure and how they collaborate with others to drive results.
What inspired you to join Paysafe?
